It's interesting.
I was expecting your typical psychedelic kind of early 70s hard rock / proto metal. It's not like that at all, it has a kind of Velvet Underground / 13th Floor Elevators vibe to it playing early 60s garage / surf rock.

I thought this was solid. Really nice pop tunes, "Let Me Baby Stay" is excellent

Dr Octagon - Dr Octagonecologyst I gave this a few spotify listens like two years ago and liked it but never picked it up. After Meredith Graves from Perfect Pussy said it was one of her favourite albums in their Nardwuar interview I finally got it. Great hip-hop. Boards of Canada - Music Has The Right To Children I have resisted Boards of Canada for too long. This is a terrific album. Silver Mt. Zion - Horses In The Sky I really loved this band's latest release and I am a big Godspeed fan so I decided to go back and get their earlier stuff. I haven't listened to it yet but I expect good things. |

I haven't really bought much lately. Gonna swing by this evening and pick up the new OFF! album Wasted Years i pre-ordered. Wish I would have bought the colored vinyl. Next week, i'm gonna step up on the new NAS album Illmatic XX.

It is pretty much a 20 anniversary re-issue.
idk if there are any extra tracks on it but yeah that's the gist of it.
