Armand Hammer - Race Music

This is billy woods and Elucid's first LP together, and on first listen I already like it better than the mixtape they released last month "Half Measures". I can't say the same for "Half Measures", but I'm excited to pore through "Race Music" for all the nuances and such.

Russian Circles - Memorial (2013)

First song has a really creepy dissonant sound to it so we're off to a good start.

What a disappointment hitting up Spotify only to find that they don't have this album yet. On the plus side Empros still kicks much ass.

I've read some conflicting dates on when it's released, some are saying it was the 22nd and others say the 29th so there's still hope for Spotify picking up the album.

I may know a guy who may have a download if you two are interested.

Listened to The Veils' 'Time Stays, We Go'

Overlooked indie record from this year. Pretty cool.

I'm not really a big Cage fan. I support him because he comes from one of my hometowns.

It was okay on the first play through of it.

Listen to it and judge for yourself there were a few good tracks here and there but I don't know if it lives up to Hell for Winter or whatever that Winter album's name is that he has which I remember being really good.

Will do. I'm pretty big into Giggs. So i'm looking forward to listening to it. I was surprised to see he dropped something recently so I got it.
