Just bought One Hot Minute by the Chilis after loving their more mainstream albums. I like it more, the more I listen to it but I'm not convinced about the guitars. Thank god John Frusciante came back before I discovered them. Like the lyrics, vocals and several songs though.
Also bought Room on Fire by the Strokes and it sounds pretty good on my first couple of listens. A little louder and a little more raw than other stuff I've been listening to but can't say too much more as I'm too busy listening to the other one! |
