Downloaded Ednaswap's self-titled 1995 album because I finally found out they were the brilliant writers of the vastly improved rock original "Torn" that Natalie Imbruglia did okay with. Although I've never been a fan of some old rocker voices, Anne Preven's works.

The Tossers - Long Dim Road It was alright, but the songs that weren't alright were even better. The opening track is a personal favourite. |

Sometimes you just need a bit of good old fashioned English eccentricity. |

Sólstafir - Köld (2009) Spent the weekend sifting through some compilation CDs from a few years ago and this band caught my attention so I decided to check them out. They're a progressive metal band from Iceland with strong roots in black metal. This album unfolds brilliantly over the course of it's lengthy one hour ten minutes and doesn't feel drawn-out at any stage. But what struck me was how well it gave a great sense of melancholy, which is something I have yet to find a metal do as convincingly as, say, bands like The Cure or The Smiths for example. |

Type in artist name/album name and get them through there. I think Filestube works as well but to be honest. I haven't used that method in ages. |
