Pete sent me a PM regarding this guy and I am now checking him/them out for the first time. Really good. Sounds like a more experimental version of Elliott Smith.
I've never understood what S/T means

I'm enjoying it so far, there's some good basslines and riffs and I haven't been bored once. I'd give this one a recommendation if you like prog.
Undecided thus far. There is some ambiance especially on Escalator Shrine which they are so good at and Celebrity Touch is a great track too but it sounds quite simple musically at times.

Kingbathmat - Truth Button.

Nothing truly original but a nice mix of Psychedelic sludgy riffs and proggy musings.

Bought:
Storm Corrosion - S/T
Black Sabbath - Heaven and Hell
The Go Team - Thunder, Lightning, Strike
Super Furry Animals - Love Kraft
Tricky - Pre Millenium Tension

Yeah it definitely does have a bit more of a straight-forward rock sound to it, but that's what I kind of like. Sometimes I find myself zoning in and out with progressive rock albums, but I can say with this one I was engaged the entire time.

Tomahawk - Oddfellows (2013)

First impressions were definitely good, but I was listening to it while cooking dinner so I was a little distracted. Definitely a return to form for their self-titled album though.

Emancipator - Dusk to Dawn (2013)

I forgot this was set to drop today. Doesn't sound that different from his other work but it's fluid and dreamy, so at least he's sticking to what he knows. If you're into chillout/ downtempo you'll definitely enjoy this.

Boduf Songs - Burnt Up On Re-Entry (2013)

Well I caved and bought the "clean version" on iTunes. Mat Sweet has never been particularly vulgar so I don't really know what's been edited but I suppose I'll find out as I work my way throught he album. This assuages any guilt I may feel when the un-edited version finds its way to a torrent or file server because it's 2013, there's no reason this album should only be available from one digital distributor in an edited format. In any case I'm loving it, but for the people who have listened to his self-titled, work your way up through his discography up to this one, because he goes from contemporary folk to more of a rock angle on his 2010 album This Alone Above All Else in Spite of Everything, and this one is loud.
