The Way of All Flesh is better, in my opinion. Let this song do the arguing:

Rain Tree Crow - Rain Tree Crow

This is essentially the band Japan reformed under a different name. Apparently experimental art rock which sounds good to me. I have been digging into Japan's discography a lot of late and they are fantastic, so the bar is set high.

Killer Mike—R.A.P. Music
I haven't listened to the whole thing yet, but so far this definitely gets two thumbs up.

Nicely put.

Converge, All We Love We Leave Behind. Um, wow. I'm listening to this and I'm getting blown away. This is metalcore, and not the ****ty kind. Can't believe I didn't check this out when it was released, I would've been rocking out to it for months now.

Have you heard any Converge albums before this one? Their 2001 album Jane Doe constantly makes it into lists of Best Metal Albums so that's a good place to go if you're brand new to the band. It's on Spotify too. But yeah All We Love We Leave Behind has been kicking my ass at the gym all week, and I'm loving it, in a totally not BDSM-way.

Never heard it, but I definitely will now! If the band's old material is as good or better than All We Love, then it will be more than worth my time.

If I had to put their albums in order the new one would probably be #4 behind Jane Doe, Petitioning the empty sky, and you fail me. Outside of albums I also have lots of love for their half of the poacher diaries(their split with Agoraphobic Nosebleed) and Unloved and Weeded out(rarities/live comp).

They also made what I personaly consider to be the best cover ever recorded, In the right setting this track is a journey .

I downloaded a bunch of stuff yesterday. I haven't listened to any but the first yet, which sounds very promising so far.

The Invisible - Rispah (2012)

Pond - Beard, Wives, Denim (2012)

Dernière Volonté - Mon meilleur ennemi (2012)

forgetters - forgetters (2012)

Beachwood Sparks - s/t (2000)

The Byrds - (Untitled) (1970)

The Byrds - Byrds (1973)

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.
