Sad Wings of Destiny is definitely my favorite album of theirs. But I like The Painkiller more than Jagulator, too. Jagulator is in the top 5, though. What's the general public opinion of the Ripper's albums are they loved or hated (most likely the second). And have you watched the movie Rock Star with Mark Wahlberg?

Coldcut - Christmas Break

Heard some of this on youtube and it was fun as hell. Should be an enjoyable listen at this merry time.

Austin Wintory - Journey OST (2012)

The game has been on my list since March, and now that my roommate bought a PS3 I think I can finally play it. I decided to get an early start on the soundtrack though, fucking beautiful.

That should be awesome to go through! I've only heard their last three albums, but those three are masterful. Might be one of my favorite 80s groups based on those three alone.

^ I just pulled that Bowie album out of my vinyl collection and listened to it last night.
I'd almost forgotten what a great ****ing album it is and how good it sounds!

And here's an album I've been listening to recently...

A great, often overlooked blues guitarist (IMO) he sounds like a blend of Albert King, Buddy Guy & Stevie Ray Vaughan with a bit of B.B. King added to the mix.
