Caligula's Horse - Moments From Ephemeral City (2011) Another gorgeous modern progressive rock record courtesy of Brisbane, Australia. I don't know what these guys are smoking, but I got a hankerin' for it!

Derrero - Comb The Breaks Downloaded a bunch of old John Peel shows and came across this band, luckily I managed to buy their 2 albums & 1 EP from amazon for a grand total of 28p. The track I heard was a little bit jazzy and I was kind of disappointed that it was the only song like that and wasn't really representative of what was on the album, but even then it's still pretty good. Can't really decide if it sounds like Gorky's Zygotic Mynci covering Belle & Sebastian or Belle & Sebastian covering Gorky's Zygotic Mynci. Edit: For the 2nd to last song they seem to have suddenly morphed into My Bloody Valentine. How strange.

Leftfield - Leftism (1995) Found this album thrown in a bargain bin for only €1. The album has a reputation as one of the most essential house albums of the 90's and it certainly lives up to it. This album sounds amazing on headphones with its groovy basslines and perfect production, it hasn't aged too badly either.

I played that to death when it came out, especially the one they did with Lydon.
