I definitely recommend checking out their first album, Geisterstadt, as well if you've never heard it.

Been putting off listening to this for literally years. Enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would.

Excellent album... I love their early albums a lot, especially their debut.

Two gems I picked up on my most recent record store visit.

The Clash, Combat Rock. Been looking for a cheap CD copy of this for awhile. Finally found a used one for five bucks. Love this album. So funky and danceable.

XTC, Oranges & Lemons. I asked the owner of the record store to point me out one of his personal favorite albums, something that would just blow my mind. I told him I was into psychedelia, and he immediately grabbed this and began to rave about it. I hope it's as good as he claims it is.

the only thing psychedelic about that is the cover - it's mostly a pop album

you want psychedelia from the same camp, try The Dukes of Stratosfear's Chips from the Chocolate Fireball

bought cassettes of:-

Shostakovich - Symphonies No. 1 & 6
Stravinsky - Pulcinella & Dumbarton Oaks, Petrouchka

I have to admit when I got this I wasn't expecting to hear something that resembled a bunch of white noise being played at a rave for nearly 5 minutes.

There you go The Groundhogs invented Acid House in 1972.
