Love the title track, thios should be some nice trancey stuff. |
The last thing I downloaded was an as-yet untitled project by a friend of mine, which is an amalgam of glitch pop, ambient, and IDM, among other things. It's a bit **** Buttons/M83/Age of Adz/Yellow Swans and it's gorgeous. Hopefully I'll have more information about how he intends its release soon, because I can't keep quiet. It's great.

I downloaded Pink Floyd's live album "Pulse", goodness knows why it has taken me so long.
The first disc is alright-- lots of Waters wankery that kind of grates. The second disc is amazing. |
I've been trying to get more into hip hop lately, so I got these two.
https://encrypted-tbn0.google.com/im...CHxIqINO2TnDOA dalek - Absence Their EP's great and I've heard that this one's pretty good too. https://encrypted-tbn0.google.com/im...7ftnhjr-VmbujQ Death Grips - The Money Store Exmilitary is one of the first hip hop albums that I actually liked, so hopefully this gives it a run for its money. |
I was on a bit of a spree with many new releases out within days of each other.
Paul Buchanan - Mid Air ... Such a beautiful album, perfect listening late at night Soulsavers - The Light the Dead See ... I wasn't convinced that I would like Dave Gahan collaborating with Rich Machin and Ian Glover as I am not a fan of Depeche Mode but he sounds amazing here, the arrangement and harmonies are spine tingling Sigur Ros - Valtari ... they can do no wrong |
