I recently bought two maudlin of the Well albums, Bath and Leaving Your Body Map, signed by Toby Driver. I can't wait for them to arrive.

Such an awesome line up. Haven't heard of a decent collaboration in the drone genre since Earth and Kurt Cobain. This one is sick the 2 different styles of music merge together in quiet an epic way making it sound a bit more experimental.
that's a good 'un

though disc 2 is a bit underwhelming

I ordered Thin Lizzy`s "Jailbreak" and "Live and Dangerous" yesterday, they should be here by the end of the week.

I listened to a really interesting Radiolab podcast about Robert Johnson recently and figured it was about time I had his music in my collection.

Yppah - Eighty One (2012)

Decent little blend of trip hop, IDM, and even a little bit of shoegaze. Kind of reminds me of less compelling Bowery Electric. Does feature quite a bit Anomie Belle who has a pretty good voice and makes some real nice old school sounding trip hop. If you're a fan of the genre then I'd recommend it, but don't expect it to blow your mind.

Dyscarnate - And So It Came To Pass (2012)

Every year or so a band releases a death metal album that manages to capture the spirit of the bygone sound, while still sounding relatively fresh and new. This year the honor goes to Dyscarnate.

Downloaded Jack White's album "Blunderbuss". Should be interesting, I've been hearing great things.
