Spawn of Possession - Incurso (2012)

Been meaning to check out this band for some time now and it just so happens they have a new album out that has some pretty good reviews so it seemed like the obvious place to start. Definitely lives up to the genre name, if you like bands like Atheist and later Death then you'll definitely get something out of this.

I'm loving it so far. It's like floating down a stream wrapped in gauze through a pine forest.

Accept - Stalingrad (2012)

Ever since the German heavy metal band burst back onto the scene in 2010 with the phenomenal album Blood of the Nations I've made sure to keep an eye on the band. They are definitely one of the more underrated metal bands from the 80's and the fact that they can come back out after a lengthy hiatus and release something that sounds new, while still keeping true to their roots is really commendable. If you like Iron Maiden, Saxon, and Judas Priest then this is an album you definitely need to get.

This description alone makes this a must-find-and-listen-to-now album.
