If you want good John Williams, get the Saving Private Ryan soundtrack, incredible.

They're going out of business so they're in the middle of an "everything must go" sale, and with Boxing Day coming up, I expect there to be deals of epic proportions.

Due to my recent immersion in the excellent Daytrotter website, I've come across some great live studio sessions. Don't know if these sessions still count as "album downloads", but since I downloaded it...

The Antlers: Sick With The Stable Feelings

-No Widows
-Parenthesis
-Rolled Together
-Hounds

These are all fantastic tracks. I think that the riff in "Rolled Together" is the best I've heard in a long time and I'm quite moved by the serene beauty of "Parenthesis".

I know you've all heard of them before now, but this was a first for me and I'm really enjoying them.
