Downloaded:
Latest Steven Wilson solo album Grace For Drowning.

Absolutely gobsmacking you do have to be a bit of a Prog head to enjoy it but it flits around so many genres with ease.
Bought:

Fantastic CD/DVD version of Opeth's Blackwater Park. Great package, artwork, surround sound mix and documentary. A special edition that actually deserves the tag.

Just googled his name and this is what came up first:

I cannot help but think "Radiohead".
But I actually like it

Kate Bush - 50 Words For Snow (2011)
Picked this up today. The music for the most part is sparse and piano-led, it has an almost ambient feel to it which gives a nice feeling of winter landscapes. Her voice isn't quite what it was but it still suits the quiet nature of the music here so well. The music sounds timeless and the album sounds like it could have come out at any point in her career. The only real disappointment here is the title track which doesn't quite live up to it's interesting concept, other than that this will be a great album for dark winter evenings.

I also found these for 2 euro each in a charity shop:

Saint Etienne - Good Humor (1998)
This seems a bit lighter and breezier than the other two Saint Etienne albums that I have, Foxbase Alpha and So Tough, but is still a very enjoyable album. When it comes to good pop music Saint Etienne pretty much have it nailed.

Hooverphonic - A New Stereophonic Sound Spectacular (1996)
I enjoyed this quite a lot. It's more atmospheric and experimental compared to their most well-known album The Magnificent Tree and perhaps a bit closer to the typical sound of trip-hop. There's also some good use of electric guitar on some tracks to add texture. A great album.
