Two completely different, but very good albums.

Ringo Deathstar - Sparkler (2009)
A solid compilation comprising of their 2007 self-tiled EP and early singles. Even though the band sound a little bit too much like The Jesus and Mary Chain at times there are some brilliant songs here. I might even love this as much as their full-length debut Colour Trip.

The Horrors - Primary Colours (2009)
I dismissed these guys as a silly NME-hyped cartoon band when they first emerged, probably due to their cameo in The Mighty Boosh, but now I've been convinced to check them out. This is a very different sounding band than the one I first heard and this album is actually pretty damn good! The music sounds like a collision between early-90's shoegaze and early-80's post-punk, with an obvious MBV influence. This gets my seal of approval.

Also if anyone has a link to their new album Skying could you send it my way please all links seem to be removed.

Default Free MP3 Downloads

Hey Everybody,
I don't know if this counts but I found this band I like called "The Spam Spam of Spam" on Spam.spm (a website that you can listen to free music online). The album is called "“Spam From Your Spam, The Spammer" and I can listen to the songs as many times as I want for free. Many other artists are able to be downloaded because this site has a lot of free spam downloads too. Enjoy!

Isn't that against the law though? I don't want to get in trouble.

This is essential music for any time of the day. Sometimes I wish all music could be this simple.

Listen to it there's more than meets the eye.

For fans of the above two discs - my most recent purchase/download last night:

Plaid - Scintilli (2011)

Their first "official" studio album since 2003's Spokes. Since then, they have released a collaboration album Greedy Baby with Bob Jaroc, and two fantastic soundtracks for Tekkonkinkreet and Heaven's Door.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.
