My last download was this:

Bardo Pond - Amanita (1996)
A fairly decent psychedelic/space-rock album with a nice mixture of quiet spaced-out moment and walls of noise. It's quite a lengthy album and some songs don't grab you on first listen so I'm guessing this album is going to take a few listens to get into.
Haha i was goin to post this same thing!

Great minds think alike.

Dollyrots - Because I'm Awesome

Superfun, energizing, pop punk!

Arms & Sleepers - A Man, A Plan, A Canal: Panama

It's probably one of the Jazziest things they've put out thus far. It was quite unexpected! Check it out friends.

Fabrizio Paterlini - Morning Sketches

Gorgeous album containing nothing more than piano.

Hateful Abandon - Move.

Downloaded upon the suggestion of Jackhammer, looking forward to giving this a spin.

^ love that cover and Jackhammer makes great suggestions in both music and film....think i'll look into that as well

DOOOOMMMM!!!!!!!

two new doom albums

finally a new Corrupted album

Corrupted - Garten der Unbewusstheit

two epic tracks with one 4 minute (mini) track in between.....as with all Corrupted releases this is beyond funeral doom....the production is actually really good this time around....which at first was a bit weird....not as gritty as their other releases....but it actually work really well as the band seems to be progressing with their sound....but rumor is they are breaking up.....which sucks as this really is a step in a great direction for them

Northless - Clandestine Abuse

sort of southern sludge doom from some boys in the north....its pretty good mixture of typical doom chords, sludgy stoner rock, and a bit of post metal/rock...

Decided to check this out as well, I was pretty surprised, I'm not use to hearing modern post-punk that sounds so inspired by Killing Joke's first LP.

Despite the fact that Lisztomania and 1901 were played to god-damned death on the radio and in pop culture, I still think that's a highly enjoyable and uplifting indie album that's pretty solid throughout.

Track 3 - Copper Foundation is VERY Killing Joke but I can hear so many other bands influencing the sound too. I love the fact that vocally almost every song sounds different yet it is the same vocalist. Glad you liked it though and Stu too!

I have had this album for a couple of years and I am in the process of sorting through my music, deleting low B/R albums or WMA albums that I own on C.D so I can rip again and it was like hearing it for the first time. A fantastic collection of African music that takes in Reggae, Afro Beat, Soul, Blues etc etc. A great appetiser for anyone interested in spreading their wings into another continents music.

OK not an album but it is something I have been after for years and years. It is the full 39 minute version of the track Blue Room from around 1992. If you like the Orb or Electronic chillout then you will love it. If not, it will bore you to death!
