A great list. New Model Army, Bonobo, New Order, Bon Iver and The Divine Comedy? Great buys :)

I once bought myself a single order of 40 albums for my birthday. And that was before I was buying them used.

Thank you, I'm very excited. Always love to have a stream of items coming to me in the mail.

I downloaded Suck It and See and really, really loved it. The entire album was pretty pleasing, and grew on my instantly. I ADORE Thats Where You're Wrong and The Hellcat Spangled Shalala and Reckless Serenade an embarrassing amount, but hey, haters gonna hate. I really hope they come to New Zealand this year since they seem to be touring all over Australia and such, but knowing my luck, as well as the fact that nobody has ever bloody heard of NZ, I very much doubt it.

I'm pretty late on the Arcade Fire scene and only heard Wake Up off of this. Can't wait to properly have a listen when my earphones stop playing up. Its got a great rep and I love what I've heard so far, so everything is beautiful.

Really? I couldn't be bothered!

I started listening to that album and it was like pulling teeth to get through it and I have never looked back after the initial listening of it.

Aww really? Thats a shame, I really loved it :( I like the way they've matured instead of always doing the same kind of music, like The Strokes.

Are you big fan of their previous stuff?

The Strokes is a bit different from their usual stuff, they incorporate New Wave.

I really loved Whatever People Say I Am, I was a bit disappointed with Favorite Worst Nightmare and only liked about 3 tracks or so.

I haven't listened to Humbug yet but i do have it downloaded already. I have heard people say that Humbug was pretty good and it made up for FWN.

Why all the AM hate? They're fabulous, guys. Haterz gonna hate.

And don't get me wrong, I loved This Is It and Room On Fire. But I've listened to all four Strokes albums in a big shuffle together and it could easily be described as one awfully long cacophony of Julian Casablanca's whining. It all sounds exactly the same to me.

I think theres some great tracks on FWN, and Humbug really grew on me. Eventually. Its great but takes a while. I pretty much hated it the first time I heard it. But I genuinely think SIAS is great, its easy and not as produced as Humbug. It was just a lovely listen.
