i still like their debut better when they were a Jimmy Miller-era Stones rip-off

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Got a hard copy of Mastodon "Live At The Aragon" today. I've heard the CD already but haven't seen the performance yet, hopefully I'll get around to it tomorrow.

Balmorhea - Rivers Arms

After reading CandyCorn's post about this band being underrated, I gave the video a listen and quite enjoyed it. Something about folk-post-rock is really enjoyable to me.

THERE YOU go! My absolute favorite song of theirs is Bowsprit. Something about it just SCREAMS Fall to me. Bright, sunny, Fall. And it also has a feeling of nostalgia that makes it somewhat bittersweet.

So lovely. And I agree, I think the combination of Folk and Post Rock is just splendid.

I was reviewing the Hellfest lineup, only getting angrier by the second that I can't go... so to distract myself, I downloaded these:

Bad Brains - Bad Brains
Atheist - Unquestionable Presence
Kylesa - Static Tensions
Sepultura - Beneath the Remains

Default Sully Erna - Avalon

The last CD i bought was Sully Erna's solo composition which blows my mind with the tribal theme to his music accompnied by Lisa Guyer who has a killer voice...The whole entire album ROCKS!!!...If you havent already added it to your cd collectikon i recommend that you do NOW!!!
