It's good, but I wouldn't go that far. Not after 2 listens, anyway. But I'm with you on Dry being the best.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Wouldn't say it's her best work but it's certainly a damn good album, it really grows on you after a good few listens.

Played it this morning, good stuff. I agree with Zero1986's quote here:

Sonic Youth - Goo (1990)

Field Music - Tones of Town (2007)
Listening to this now, it's pretty good. Most would be tempted to throw the generic indie rock/pop label at it, but to me it's essentially progressive pop.

Wire - Send (2003)

Efterklang - Parades (2007)

Tell me how much you enjoy Towns of Town.

def top 25 albums for me, i luuuuv field music.

First listen was promising. Nice progressive pop.

Yaaaaaawn. Let's hope their new album is more Frances and less Octahedron.

I downloaded

Ghostface Killah - Supreme Clientele (what an awkward, ugly album cover)

J Dilla - Donuts

The Microphones - The Glow, Pt 2

...and You Will Know Us By The Trail of the Dead - Source Tags and Codes

Boris - Akuma No Uta
