Esben and the Witch - Violent Cries
Their debut album was a long time coming, it's been a year since i first heard 'Marching Song', but it was certainly worth it. They seem to have taken their time to craft and perfect this dark and very atmospheric album, the music gives you a really weird dark and twisted vibe and seems to paint a dreamy, surreal and sometimes nightmarish landscape in your head. Fans of Zola Jesus and Bat For Lashes will lap this up, for best results listen to it on headphones in a dimly-lit room.

Charles Bronson - Youth Attack

I wanted to try out some thrash-y hardcore punk, the taggers at lastfm call this powerviolence...I'll see if it's my thing.

I just got a whole crap load of music.

The latest songs I got are from Taking Back Sunday's Louder Now.

I only got two songs. I may listen to more, though.

start with Maggot Brain - it's like Hendrix playing funk with Zappa as a narrator

Wise words from Il Duce here. I suggest you either start with Maggot Brain or One Nation Under A Groove, though I think Standing On The Verge Of Getting It On is just as good as both of them.
