"This Heat" - This Heat
"Swan Dive" - Korekyojin(One of the million reasons why the guy in my avatar is freaking awesome. By far one of the best jam rock bands I've heard in my life.)
"Univers Zero with Art Zoyd théâtre du Taur Toulouse le 12-05-78" - Universe Zero, and Art Zoyd concert. Essentially the two bands that truly established the far overlooked chamber-rock genre.

The Joy Formidable - The Big Roar
I've been anticipating this album for the past few months. It's a good album but i feel slightly let down, it didn't quite explode into life on the first listen as i thought it would. It sounds a bit calculated in places and some of the youthful energy that was evident in abundance on their debut mini-album A Balloon Called Moaning seems to have slipped. Maybe i set my expectations too high but this might grow on me after a while.

EDIT: Screw what i said, listening to it now for the second time and it sounds pretty damn awesome.

Scratch Acid - The Greatest Gift
This is fantastic stuff, it's a 28-track compilation collecting the bands entire recordings. This band are a good example of 80's post-hardcore and features David Yow of The Jesus Lizard fame babbling manically over some good energetic noise-rock. Well worth checking out if you're curious.

Blind Melon - Soup
Definitely a far more enjoyable album than their lukewarm self-titled debut. The song-writing and musical composition are streets ahead and overall this is a good solid, consistent album. Some of the songs have a nice bittersweet feel to them too. Good Stuff.

The last time I downloaded an album was some weeks ago... but, indeed, it was Dark Tranquility's most recent album, We are the Void.

As for me-

George Duke doesn't always have the magic touch, but this record is certainly one of the best in his pop-soul/jazz-fusion repertoire.
