Rökkurró - Í Annan Heim

My friend just sent me this. Really nice experimental, folk, post-rock with beautifull female vocals. They are from Iceland so they are bound to sound a little like Sigur Rós but Im enjoying the album thus far.

It's been a long while since I've heard a few of their tunes. :laughing:

I tried listening to Diabo Swing Orchestra but I didn't find it that enjoyable :/

I recently acquired Cee lo's new album. I do like it, better than anything else in the charts nowadays (which isn't hard let's face it!). Do feel its overproduced slightly, probably easier to please the masses when it's easier on the ear and radio friendly; dripping with compression and hours of post production to make it sound soapy clean.

This is why I love musicbanter. I saw this album in this thread, thought that cover was interesting, downloaded it and it turns out that this is one of the best albums I have heard this year
