Do you have some recommendations for good Black Metal Shoegaze? All I have is Neige's stuff. I can throw a few good Black Metal recs your way if you need them, but talk to CanWllCorfe as well he knows his ****.

Troubador by K'Naan
Ridiculously cool album, thought provoking songs, fun songs, great beats, really nice flow. I can't say I love every song but every song is at the least interesting. And about five of the songs are some of the best new songs I've heard this year.

Zola Jesus - Stridulum EP It's good enough i guess but nothing special. Her vocals are pretty great but the music doesn't do enough for me, it could use with some more interesting beats or synth-lines for example to add more dynamic. However there's a nice dark atmosphere to this EP which i'm liking.

An Autumn for Crippled Children - Lost Sleeping Peonies - Rose Curl, Sea Swirl E.P. Frail - Brilliant Darkness And if you haven't checked out The World Comes to an End in the End of a Journey, you shall definitely do so! That's how I found out about it in the first place actually |
