I'll try to get around to the other albums soon enough. My Maudlin Career sounds like it could be a real grower so i'll probably have it on repeat over the next couple of weeks.

Oh...it grows for sure. I liked it after the first listen, but it just kept getting better every time after that. There is also a really good story to all the songs if you haven't picked that up yet. It's about a couple who just broke up despite being really good together and how they both want to still be friends but it just won't work. I could really really relate to that, so that's probably another reason I love this album so much.

So, yeah, don't move on to their other stuff until My Maudlin Career is planted firmly in your subconscious.

Come on now...I'm no Sting fan, but the Police is good fun stuff! The first 4 albums anyway, not such a fan of the softer 5th.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Arovane - Lilies

Related videos to the rescue! Can't believe I'm only finding out about him now. Wiki says his sound is like a mix between Autechre and Boards of Canada.. I'll take their word for it.

Sting's solo output is shi‎t, but when you start insulting the first three Police albums you best buy a gun for protection.

If you sing that again I'll wreck your face.

Actually I found the first three Sting albums to be quite substantial, good albums... after that it's all middle of the road soft rock / adult contemporary dreck, sad to say.
