Thanks for the tip, been dipping my toe into Sonic Youth for a while now. Goo recently clicked with me, and Daydream Nation ain't half bad either. But it needs more time with me for me to really like it. |

They're probably the closest sounding to the ones you just listed. They're not as good but they have their moments and I'd rather listen to those than some of their other albums.

Bad Moon Rising, is that not a good one to go for? I had my eye on that and Washing Machine |

Apart from Death Valley 69 I find Bad Moon Rising to be slow, boring & torturous.
If you didn't like EVOL you'll hate this even more. Washing Machine is OK but I wouldn't rate it higher than the two I picked.

Bought on shiny disc:
This sparse but bass heavy Dubstep album sounds so much better than the MP3 album. Probably my favourite dubstep release. Getting some Fall albums. Imperial is so damn good. There is no such thing as having too many Hawkwind albums.

I am not a big Dylan fan at all and although it's a cliched choice, I have always liked this album. So another purchase to the collection.

The Fall are Dubstep? Your first image isn't showing.

Pavement - Slanted and Enchanted Never heard this, so I thought meh why not? Pavement - Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain Heard this a few times, first 2 or 3 times I never saw the big deal with it. I'm closing in on 7 times and now I'm actually starting to enjoy it, so I thought I'd acquire it. |
