See that's one of the things that annoys me most about that album. Funny the first time, annoying each time after that.

Thinkman - The Formula (1986) Some rare but striking late 80's synth-pop I ran across not too long ago: vocalist and songwriter Rupert Hine has a rather unusual sense of delivery and overall composition, whether its conjuring epic processions of skittering beats or rushing forward in bursts with material that rivals early New Order in sheer catchiness. All in all, a forgotten classic I'm happy to now have.

I haven't given it a proper listen yet, but I felt it was about time I stopped ignoring it. If an album is truly great, I have no problems with how popular it is, so I hope it's as good as its reputation.
