Tip the Van- Passion, Love & Pride

Solid Ska Punk with dual female lead singers.

really good Roots Reggae. Some excellent rhythm parts and melodies.

really crazy jazz fusion. Supposedly recorded when the band was on acid.

Lotus Fucker's self titled

Really dissonant, noisy, feedbacky hardcore punk that I came across. Pretty cool stuff.

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - B.R.M.C.

I thought I still had this album but apparently it was lost between my transitioning from hard drive to hard drive.

Cinephile - Sampler Vol. 1

New trip-hop group I found from Glasgow. Very dark sounding beats that are balanced by very crisp vocals.

Film School - Film School

Starting to get into Shoegaze and this was recommended to me by my go-to indie friend.

Dirty on Purpose - Hallelujah Siren

Again a recommendation from my indie friend.

The Holy Bible's absolutely stellar - I was listening to it yesterday for literally the first time in years. Generation Terrorists I'm so fond of, although Love's Sweet Exile and Little Baby Nothing are brilliant songs.

You should definitely go for Everything Must Go and Lifeblood next if you end up liking those two you just got.

Airlock - Drystar
slightly glitchy, sometimes scratchy downtempo goodness with almost poppy vocals - and strings!

Costanza - Sonic Diary
heavy and sultry downbeat/triphop. offset stereo effects on the vocals make for an interesting sound.

Terrific blend of electro, shoegaze, and indie rock.
two thumbs way up on this one! great sounds.
they've got a remix album too - very tastefully done, no garish house beats ruining the tracks.

Very good album, I actually introduced that one to the guy who got me into trip-hop and he's been playing it constantly.

I may have to look into that, I don't normally look for remixes but if they're tastefully done then perhaps this might be worth checking out.

Bitter:Sweet - The Mating Game

Sounds like a mixture of a lot of artists I like, namely Lovage but less of the downtempo feel. Still it's not bad and will probably get a few more spins in the future.

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - Take Them On, ON Your Own

After reaffirming my love for these guys yesterday I had to get their sophomore album.
