Devo 1
The Cars 10

Wow....Devo's getting slammed. I voted for The Cars simply because they have more fun songs, imo.

Just relistened to both of them and they're both good albums, but I'll have to go with....

Cars 11
Devo 1

I like the Cars but 'Are We Not Men?' is a beast of an album.

Cars 11
Devo 2

The group weren`t talented enough to incorporate the rap, reggae and jazz influences that they were trying to do, a group like the Talking Head could have done it so much better.

Rapture was a great song as was T-Birds from the same album.

Yay!!! Devo now have 2 votes.

I love how perverse that Devo album is.

Devo - 4
The Cars - 11

yeah, a little late now... but my vote goes to Devo. While I do love The Cars first album, I prefer Devo for their quirky side. On the whole Devo's output has been better than The Cars. Beyond the self-titled Cars album, never got that into them... but Devo has at least 4 or 5 albums I have dug.

When's a new album war going to be up? We should do Beatles "White Album" vs. Smashing Pumpkins "Mellon Collie & The Infinite Sadness"!

You need to send your album choices to Zero 1986 and if there are no other choices before yours, he`ll put them up for album wars.

I can already predict The Beatles win on that one.

I don't get the impression there's much love for the White Album here.
