Damn, this is a tough one. I like both albums. To me the best songs on Stankonia are better than the best songs on Low End Theory but Low End Theory is more consistently good. I guess I'll vote Tribe since that's an album I can listen to all the way through, unlike the Outkast album which starts to bore me toward the end.
