I actually prefer the Harvest album cover. It fits the music well and pleases the eye. Pink Moon's cover art is stuck in an era but the music is more timeless.

edit: both album covers are hopelessly stuck in their times but I still like the Harvest art better

Those are two of the worst album covers I have seen. Maybe the music doesn't reflect it.
