I have to go with FL, I did enjoy the Ween album which I just listened to for the first time a few days ago, but I love Yoshimi. Though I'd no longer consider it their greatest work...

Yeah, but what if he had picked The Soft Bulletin?

Flaming Lips - 5
Ween - 2

Haven't really gotten into The Flaming Lips. But the score at this point doesn't surprise me.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Ohhh I'm glad I can jump in on this one.

Flaming Lips - 6
Ween - 2

If it was a different Ween album this might be different. I just never got into Pure Guava...it is a little too quirky for me. Give me Chocolate and Cheese or the Mollusk any day.

I'm prepping the next brawl right now. While I do, can we get some suggestions that aren't in the arty/indie world? I know theres only about 6 of us who play regularly, but lets branch out a little folks, huh?

brian eno - another green world

vs.

kraftwerk - trans-europe express

Also, Flamming Lips go Schooly-D on the Brothers Ween.

I loved Trans Europe Express when I was younger, so there's lots of nostalgia around this album, and I still love it today!

Kraftwerk 2
Eno-0(had it been Apollo or Here Come The Warm Jets I'd have voted differently)

kraftwerk 2
eno 1

i can't help being annoyed by how poorly kraftwerk has dated. on the other hand, another green world is still beautiful and engaging throughout.
