we'll have to agree that we disagree on that then. i also think that Oasis is an extremely underrated band - with the release of Dig Out Your Soul Noel Gallagher has proved to be a seasoned songwriter and has evolved the band past its Wonderwall years to a more modern & upbeat sounding level. we just saw them at the Garden in NYC and they were awesome! they played all their old stuff as well as most tracks off Dig Out Your Soul it brought the house down.

So Radiohead, possibly the biggest band in the world at the moment, the band that cause more masturbatory orgasms on this forum than anything else, the band who's album OK Computer is consistently ranked in the top 5 of best albums of all time on most internet polls and lists are overrated?

Oh and get your arse to England and then see if Oasis are underrated.

Lacuna Coil !! And put all those Evanescence remarks away they have another singer in addition to Christina Scabbia & only some of the songs sound like Evanescence to me - they have more rockin tunes that Andrea Ferro sings in a more gritty voice. I am sure some folks here saw them at Ozzfest in 2006

This is not the most original song released over the last few years yet they are British, employ a similar asthetic regarding Electronica to Radiohead. There are only two in the band yet this passed everyone by because British music has to be all about Radiohead. Shocking. This track is as good as anything Radiohead has put out and yes I stand by that.

I would love to fly across the pond this summer and see Oasis at Wembley stadium in July

Oasis concerts are pretty naff. The fans are the worst group of people to go and see live music with and as for stage presence they fail.

It's not original as I said! They have only made one album- Everybody Looks The same. The opening 16 minute track is enough to convince me how good they are.
