Wango Tango is fun, but goofy. It's exactly one note away from being Wang Dang Sweet Poontang, as well.

Isn't it sad how Ted Nugent is reduced to making sensationalistic attention whoring soundbytes, since nobody gives a damn about his music career?

Shadow Dancer, I suggest you may want to do a little research before you show your ignorance of Ted Nugent's views any further. Ted Nugent had these views his entire life. If you bothered to read past his last interview, you'd know that. Obviously, you speak before you know the whole story, so I will give you a quick lesson:

When he was top dog, selling out arenas coast to coast, he was speaking out against alcohol and drug abuse. If you bothered to look past his last interview, you would know that. His views haven't changed. For someone to remain steadfast in their beliefs for so long, whether you agree with them or not, is commendable. Now, thirty years later, he doesn't sell out arenas, or sell millions of records. But he still speaks out against drug and alcohol abuse.

It's so easy for people of fame to stand up and speak out for what the hot topic may be at the time. It's fashionable. Get some camera time. Ted Nugent's values haven't changed because it's fashionable to speak out for this cause or that cause. He's not politically correct, but he says what he thinks. Not many in the public eye have the guts to do that.

*edit*

Oh, and by the way, the media asked Ted Nugent his views. He didn't go running to the media to get a soundbyte and some attention. Here's a quote I found:

Ted Nugent is among the many musicians and fellow guitarists mourning the shooting death of "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott last week. Nugent, who resides in Abbott's native Texas these days, told Launch Radio Networks that he always had a high regard for the PANTERA/DAMAGEPLAN co-founder. "It's a heartbreaker," he said. "He's cultivating his American dream and he's upgraded his life substantially over the years. And then he gets blown away? At a club? Having a party and rock 'n' rolling? I don't get it."

in your opinion.

Nobody cares what Ted's views on alcohol or drugs are. I certainly don't give a ****. It's his opinion on Dimebag that is up for discussion here. Im well aware of Teds long standing rep as an opinionated idiot loudmouth. Of course thats been obvious his entire career. Everyone knows he's an idiot from Damn Yankees, one of the biggest insults to music ever. Talk about Crap. Pantera's worsts song is better than anything the Damn Yankees spit=polished and called 'music' LOL

But now he's reduced himself to slamming dead people, which is a far cry from an opinion against Coors Light. He did the same thing about Cobain years ago.
Ted's just a typical uneducated loudmouth.

Ted Nugent. A **** guitarist and dumb hickabilly.

And thats the point, nobodys asking Ted about new music are they? he's a wash up.
