The constant release of a new greatest hits sucks too. I love bowie, but he's gotta have 10 of em (I don't have those) At least he has plenty of releases, these bands that have 5 albums with two of them greatest hits need to be taken to with a mace, yes the one on a stick

Name droppers! I hate "musicians" who use other's names to get known/people to buy their stuff.
One hit wonders, bands that come out with one album or one single and disappear. "Qu-ear Muffs," those huge headphones people wear thinkin' they look cool or play better when they really don't.

Tribute albums that are made that where the band doens't really quite deserve an album to have one made of it.. Or albums like "Tribute to Iorn Maiden on Piano" (yes I actauly saw someting simialr to this once) or teh String Quartet truibutes Slayer, etc... these are just completely inane...

bumping for the simple fact that I have too much time on my hands to remember this thread existed and that something was bothering me so instead of outbursting with spam I found it.
When bands rerelease several albums with bonus tracks.

We went back there and they had come and hacked off every inoculated arm. There they were in a pile. A pile of little arms. And I remember... I... I... I cried. I wept like some grandmother. I wanted to tear my teeth out. I didn't know what I wanted to do. And I want to remember it. I never want to forget it. I never want to forget. And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought: My God... the genius of that. |
