I must admit that I am a big fan of Deadmau5's album artwork (not much else though). His use of the simple mau5head logo is great.
My favorite individual album cover would have to be Greeley Estates' "Go West Young Man... Let the Evil Go East" I Am Ghost's "Lovers Reqiuem".
