I just LOVE it. The mysterious vibe I get from looking at it, and almost this creepy 1950's Twilight Zone feel to me is just amazing. It's just honestly one of those images I can look at repeatedly, and think up different ideas about.

Agree with the Godspeed and Tom Waits posts.

I like a lot of Raymond Pettibon's album covers that he did for SST back in the 80s, some of those qualify as my favourites. I'll post links later.
