Big3. I've been desperately trying to avoid Tom Waits, but your obvious regard for him has finally piqued my interest.

Where do I start?

Give him the goods, Big3!

May I ask why you've been trying to avoid him, RT?

Hard to say.
Don't we all have those artists/bands that exist on the periphery of our awareness only to seemingly and suddenly appear from nowhere and leave us thinking...how the fuck did I miss this?

The "Small change" album might be a good starting point for the first time listener.
It was my first introduction to the man and his music, and I've been a fan ever since.

Sorry about the lack of a link, but I have the album on vinyl.
I haven't converted it to digital yet.
(Does anyone remember vinyl?)

Small change isn't bad, but I don't know if its where you'd want to start. Let me go research the sound you're into and I'll give you a good 5 to try out.

Unless you want to tell me the mood you're in now.

Ha, shook me as in physically. Needless to say, I dumped him.

I guess I should have said "the guy I was seeing".
