For no other reason than morbid curiousity and to establish where the bar is set.

I dont know exactly why he was banned, but i can say that i predicted it would happen.

Regardless, hes being pretty hypocritical.

Changing the subject (Sorry Booboo) What if Don was brutally murdered in cold blood in his own home?

I like Nirvana just as much as the next guy, but they were about to slide down that slippery slope of - oh yeah, I guess they did help change music... what was their name again? They became legends after the death of Cobain... while they were still popular while he was alive... no way that would have made the mark they have now if the man didn't off himself. Took balls, though. Shotguns are messy.

actually, i'm not some devout worshiper of Cobain, i only really like Nevermind, but that song ( can't remember it's name ) was really good. it would have been interesting. i think they would have done something like pearl jam, hit and miss records...and Nirvana was popular before he offed himself. granted, they would not have become legends if he didn't but i doubt their popularity grew after his suicide, pleanty of singers kill themselves and they don't become more popular just because of that...

True.

INXS arent anywhere near popular as Nirvana, for example.

I have heard several stories about plans Cobain had for a 4th studio album, that he was planning on expanding the ensemble, and adding horn instruments, hard to imagine how that would have turned out.

The remaining members certainly fixed that, didn't they?

INXS.

Where they picked a new singer, JD Fortune I think his name was.
