U2 are far over done, i swear they continue to make the same songs over and over.. or at least they sound the same to me.. like most 'pop rock' bands they left the rock in the 80's and went all pop in the 90's and 00's at least to me.. which only makes me dislike them more, they lost what was U2 and gained what is hardcore mainstream cheese.. all the reason of which i hate bono has already been named. he's doen everything one can do to stay in the media's eyes.. some day.. oh some day he will run out of things to do.. |

The only reason I dislike Bono is because he is held in such god like status. When it's not warranted.
It's like them winning the best album of the year award. They didn't deserve it.

We went back there and they had come and hacked off every inoculated arm. There they were in a pile. A pile of little arms. And I remember... I... I... I cried. I wept like some grandmother. I wanted to tear my teeth out. I didn't know what I wanted to do. And I want to remember it. I never want to forget it. I never want to forget. And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought: My God... the genius of that. |
