Those both are amazing songs but just don't stand up to the awesomeness of Hey Luno, possibley they most underated song ever but lets not turn this into a Aquabats debate.

I heard the song and it was interesting but it isn't the best IMO.

My favourite song of all time is 'Gone Fishing' by Chris Rea. And for that reason, I think it's the best song ever.
