down with this rave ****! e is great and i believe to be a music enhancing drug, why is it so stuck together with such horrid repetitive beats?

First of all e is a horrible drug. It is bottom of the barrel stuff like Meth or Ice. And it isn't nice calling a whole musical genre "shit". How would you like it if someone called what you like that?

Dross 02-13-2006 06:08 PM

you dont like rave culture either than, if you dont like e.... rave **** can not be enjoyed without the drug that is why it is crap....listening to other types of music made on a certain type of drug doesnt havet to be listened to on that drug to be listenable. when people are tripping on acid and playing it can be enjoyed and appreciated to the sober mind....i heard an 11 minutes looped version of hollaback girl. with the lyrics stripped down to "aint no hollaback girl" for the whole song. it is ****

I'll wager that the glowstick would've become more fashionable, earlier, had e been around back then.

Urban Hat€monger ? 02-13-2006 06:13 PM

No good music made on E?

I`m guessing you`ve not heard this album then?

i dont think so. i think if e was around, or more readily availible then there would be even more impressive lavalamp designs now and other wild assed lights that we cant even comprehend.

glow sticks are so lifeless and seem like chemical garbage. i find that all the things associated with e are generally vapid and soul-less

I can't imagine a world in which a rave isn't accompanied by a legion of bare chested men holding whistles and glowsticks. Just doesn't seem right.

there needs to be something to breakdown these steretypes. a brokeback mountainesque cultural event (not that brokeback moutain was a cultural event).

i get a big kick out of recording when im wacked, and i wonder why more people make legitimate music on it. not just looping 5 seconds for minutes on end

"See, I think drugs have done some good things for us, I really do, and if you don't believe drugs have done good things for us, do me a favor. Go home tonight and take all your albums, all your tapes, and all your CDs and burn 'em. Cause you know what? The musicians who made all that great music that's enhanced your lives throughout the years? Rrrrreal fuckin' high on drugs."

"Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed into a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness, experiencing itself subjectively, there's no such thing as death, life is only a dream, in which is an imagination of ourselves. Here's Tom with the weather."

"It's not a war on drugs, it's a war on personal freedom, is what it is, okay? Keep that in mind at all times. Thank you."

This is the most random topic I think I've ever come across in my life... no joke. You've won the 2006 February Random Purple Globe Award! Don't cry just come up and mention world peace then sit back down. lol.

Urban Hat€monger ? 02-14-2006 05:55 PM

No matter how bad it is it`s about music

Which makes it one up on any of your threads

bungalow 02-14-2006 05:58 PM

:D I knew someone would do that. Brava

explosions-in-my-pants 02-14-2006 06:40 PM

all i have to say is.. if it wasn't for cocain and ecstasy.. and acid no one would go to clubs in this town.. so all the clubs now have after parties and give out free water in support of the drugs that make your mouth dry.. and also you can go to a room in one club here and smoke a joint... do a line on the tables... its a bad seen but really it's all expected.. and all they play are rave songs.. annoying over played rave songs..

you see you can get really drunk at a club sure.. but if you take a hit.. your either get sick mellow or want to dance and drink more.. at least thats what people are like here.. so everyone gets away with it.. my town is full of drugs.. i can name at least 50 people from the ages of 15 to 65 that are dealors.. thats sad..

first of all, id like to introduce you to a wonderful book called the dictionary. secondly, WHERE DO YOU LIVE???

jibber 02-14-2006 11:51 PM

I've got a friend who went to a rave, and spent the whole time f*cking with all the kids on e. He tied fishing wire to a glowstick, threw it into a crowd of kids, then yanked it away when they tried to grab it, and spent about an hour at a time making a hoard of kids run after a glowstick. The video is f*cking hilarious.

it's the effect of E on music threads!!

half_baked87 02-16-2006 05:29 PM

the only reason E is associated with raves is because you'd have to on it to enjoy that garbage. really, when you're on E any kind of music sounds good, so music composed by people on E would probably be a bunch of non-sensical crap that sounded good at the time... hey... i hear a hot dance beat...if that can sound good, imagine how REAL music sounds on it. its fun, and it makes girls take their clothes off, i think thats the point we're allllll missing here.

explosions-in-my-pants 02-16-2006 05:51 PM

i agree.. the girls get on e.. then dance there asses off so much they get all hot and sweaty and take off little by little.. even tho they probalby never wore much to the club to begin with.. and then they start to dance even sluttier with there girl friends on the dance floor.. with the odd hot guy that gets on the dance floor or gets dragged there for a moment.. oh well what am i talking about this is everytime up town.. e or no e.. hand out the water.. i'm still waiting to see a hot sweaty chick take it off and poor the bottle of water of herself on the dance floor for attention .. hahaha. it would be funny.
