the past weekend I went to a show Friday night and Saturday night at La Casa del Artista.
First night was a pretty special experimental group with a keyboardist who also rapped, a chick who played the violin and also tap danced, and another chick who hula hooped. Some sceney band playing metalcore was there. The bass player was using a Pete Wentz bass. it was disappointing. Both nights a local emo band (Hats, Off Gentlemen) played, which is why I went. There were more bands for each night but thats what stood out. It was amazing pretty much. |

Barry Manilow - "An Evening of Music and Passion"
You know you all have a soft spot for Mr. Manilow! I'm going to his show at Continental Arena in Jersey, for about $10. How can I beat that? check out the rest of the tour dates here: An Evening of Music and Passion |
