Seeing Sun Ra Arkestra tonight with a group of friends. Marshall Allen is 98 years old and still playing! Getting some jazz history in my face tonight. Considering his age, it could very well be his last show or at the least one of his last shows.

Just wanted to report how amazing this show was. Seeing Marshall Allen play was something I'll remember for a long time. Knoel Scott did a f*cking front somesault and cartwheel in the middle of a number and the dude is in his 70's. If they play anywhere near you, please go see them.

Marshall was adorable. Seeng him sing and play and talk about going to another place in space at 98 was...emotional.

He's another guy in his 70's who can probably do a somersault & a cartwheel on stage.

I locked in my tickets to see Wu Tang and Nas in the Fall should be a banger concert.

I'm going to see The Nude Pary tomorrow night. Anyone into their music? Opening is a woman from England who calls herself Fonteyn--never heard of her before.
