Going to see Albert Lee on February 7th, at one of my favorite small venues. Looking forward to seeing and hearing some mind-blowing guitar picking up close and personal!

Clutch AND Riverside in April. Between these guys they have barely mustered 12 dates between them in 5 years over here so well chuffed.

Before that I have Skindred tomorrow night and Dreadzone in March.

I'm hoping to go to Clutch on that tour as well.

As for my latest gig, theres a local promoter who also fronts a band called Druganaut. He's been putting on an annual doom all-dayer for the past three years now and this year he asked for feedback and polled opinion in regards to whether people wanted another one this year, as I think he barely broke even last year. So it looked for a while like it wasn't gonna happen, and not only has he confirmed it is going ahead finally but he only goes and books Karma to Burn!

Karma to Burn (West Virginia), Desert Storm (Oxford), Druganaut (Newcastle), Lords of Bastard (Edinburgh), Bhang (Sunderland), Jackal-Headed Guard of the Dead (Edinburgh), Neolithic (Sunderland) and YLGR (Newcastle....I think).

Exceptional line-up. Can't wait.

The Sword are coming here in March. Really thinking of getting tickets as I've only seen them once and I would love to see them again.

10 percent off on their website for merch currently, not sure if it includes tickets but worth a shot.

It'll only be about $35/ticket which isn't terrible without any discounts.
