Going to see Nik Turner's Space Ritual in a small club setting at the end of October.
Looking forward to hearing some new material and some old Hawkwind tunes. Nik Turner | The Mighty Thunder Rider I also had tickets to see Hawkwind in a couple of days, but the tour has been cancelled. According to the band's website, they will reschedule the tour for some 2014 dates. Hopefully, I'll get another chance to see them next time. Hawkwind Mission Control |

Going to see Fear Nuttin Band again in November. They put on such a powerful performance last time, so stoked to get to see them again!

Just got back from seeing The Tossers perform in a small local club. It was a free show and they gave us an hour and a half. The other two acts were pretty good as well - a couple of local ones. One did a mix of 50s/60s style Link Wray type stuff along with 60s jazz/lounge (it worked) and punk/rockabilly type stuff. They dressed in costume and the lead singer had great banter with the crowd insulting them (he was dressed in a devil mask). The drummer did this old style jazz type drumming and was easily the star musician. The guy had a Jack-O-Lantern drumset too.
The other did singer/songwriter type stuff with songs set in the old west. Last edited by nbakid2000; 10-10-2013 at 01:33 AM. |

If I fall into some money I'm going to try and see Neutral Milk Hotel. Andrew Jackson Jihad plans to tour after they release their new album, which is a band that I NEED to see live.

I thought that thing had Sinead O'Conor on there for a second, I was trippiiiin.
I'ma see Everclear at a state fair this weekend, I'll get their autograph by the petting zoo. That's mean. I'm pretty pumped, I don't know them as well as my lady or mom do though, so i bet they're, like, mega pumped.
