I'm pretty sure I'm going to see Sigur Ros in Indianapolis next month. If anybody has seen them, do they pull off a good show?

Blue Oyster Cult, playing a free show in Boston, this Saturday.
Eric Bloom & Buck Dharma are the only original members currently in the group, but I've heard they still deliver the musical goods so I'll be there!

Welcome to The Blue Oyster Cult

Going to see The Alkaholiks tomorrow, as well as a fistful of people I've never listened to. Quite stoked.

Going for Killswitch Engage and Testament. I've seen Lamb of God a few times already. Super stoked.

Got a couple of front row seats for Carolyn Wonderland tonight at a small venue.
She's been around before, but I've only recently heard of her (better late than never!)
Sort of like Janis Joplin with a more refined voice, playing some smokin' hot electric guitar and also some lap steel guitar occasionally.
She's currently touring with Cole El-Saleh on keys and Rob Hooper on Drums.

Going to see Blue Coupe this Saturday, at the same small venue I saw Carolyn Wonderland at last weekend (got front row for this one too!)
A rock power trio, featuring Dennis Dunaway on bass (the original bassist for Alice Cooper from 1969 to 1974), Joe Bouchard on guitar (founding member of Blue Oyster Cult and the former bass player with that band), and Albert Bouchard on Drums (also a founding member of Blue Oyster Cult and Joe's older brother.)
Lots of early Alice Cooper & Blue Oyster Cult covers played to near perfection, with some original songs from Blue Coupe added to the mix.
It should be a good, rowdy, fun show!
