I'm going to try really hard to see Meshuggah, Baroness, and Decapitated at my local House of Blues, but without a car it's hard. I'll be pissed if I miss this

No idea who's going to close, but my guess is it will probably be Mastodon, and that assumption is based on the fact that they're American and they play sludge metal in a town that produces nothing but mediocre or god awful sludge metal.

As far as GWAR is concerned, I really don't mind who's playing so long as they're in costume and continue their tradition of ****ing all over the audience with monster cum. The best part of a GWAR show is you don't even need to buy a shirt, just wear a plain white t-shirt and by the end of the night you'll have your band shirt. Wear it out in public and anyone whose ever been to a show will recognize where it came from.

GWAR are awesome live. Such a great show even if their music is generic. Saw them last year and loved every minute of it.

I think Alcest would be immense live, even though I actually don't really care for their albums that much.

I dig their records, although it's something I definitely need to be in the precise mood for. Great live though, a really huge atmospheric sound booming round a small venue - just what I was expecting/hoping for.

Yeah they are on a smaller stage and if it's the same as last year's stage at Bloodstock (almost like an enclosed circus dome) it should be immense and much better than watching Behemoth on the main stage.
