I am especially jealous of these.

And Wolfmother is still around? Man, I completely forgot about those guys. What an impression they left, huh?

Yeah, apparently so. They've actually been huge over here for years, being Australian and stuff, but I hate Wolfmother with a passion. So overated.

Last night I went to this Legends of Hip Hop show in Atlantic City. The performers were:

Salt n Pepa
Whodini
Slick Rick
Big Daddy Kane
Kwamé
Kid 'n Play

With the exception of some obnoxious christian evangelizing from Salt at the very end it was a great concert. It was definitely cool to see a lot of these old rappers who don't really tour anymore and sort of surreal to step out of a concert and be in a casino.

I’m seeing The Floor Is Made of Lava and Spleen United in a little while.
I'm mainly seeing the floor is made of lava because a friend of mine really wants to see them, but I used to like them a lot so it's going to be interesting to see them live.
Spleen United haven’t played a real show in Denmark for about two years and during that time they've changed their music completely. I saw them in London two weeks ago, that was kind of underwhelming, but I’m sure it'll be great with an audience that's really into the band!

I saw Benga & Skream a week ago and I have to say - that was probably one of the most amazing shows I’ve ever been to. I'm only just beginning to appreciate dubstep and find other artist that I like and that concert really encouraged me want to find more great dubstep and go to a concert as soon as possible!

Would REALLY like to go and see PJ Harvey in February. May well look into it if tickets don't sell out.

Hope you had fun! I would have loved to check that out. I think I can still do the Kid N Play dance.

Next month is Janelle Monae and Steel Panthers for me! Not together...obviously.
