There is a chance I will be going to the Sonisphere festival in Switzerland in june.
Line up: Metallica Slayer Megadeth Anthrax Heaven and Hell (Ronnie James Dio, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, Vinny Appice) Motorhead Mastodon and a few more. Hell yes I have just come in my pants.

Right on. I saw them once when I was 14, and I was supposed to see them again when I was 18, but it was the second show they ever canceled, because Tom was pissing kidney stones that night. So Hatebreed played for about an hour and a half.

Slayer have now cancelled their European dates but Sonisphere is still on which means Araya will have a bit more recovery time and not so much of a busy schedule over the summer. I hope they make it as I cannot wait for this gig.

Ah, to finally get out of Fiji and see some more gigs!
Might go to Soundwave again, heaps of crap bands of the line up surrounding the few lonely good ones. In saying that, they're gonna be fun to see though. Alexisonfire, Sunny Day Real Estate, Anthrax, Reel Big Fish, Meshuggah, The Gallows, The Weakerthan. Thats about it, and if AFI play any of their old stuff I'd probably check that out. AND I think John Butler might be cruising around Australia again soon, so might have a gander! |

If the gigs allow people my age in: AFI, Shpongle, and maybe Cymbals Eat Guitars.
