Melt Banana's coming up pretty soon. They're with some local band I think that no one would have heard of. Also, I'm excited about Pixies and Jay Reatard at the end of the month. For the most part, it's looking crappy still for a while so I probably won't be going to too many concerts. Doubt I'm gonna end up going to Girls and Real Estate tonight, don't know if it's really worth all the travel to get downtown and finding a parking space...

Swell Season was decent, like I said I don't listen to them much, nor have I ever seen the movie 'Once' so I had no idea Glen Hansard also plays for The Frames, who were all there backing the show. They even played a few songs together as The Frames which honestly was the best part of the night. Gud tiem.

Going to see Young Rival in a few weeks, as it says in my signature.

In December, I've got Dillinger Escape Plan, Protest The Hero, Municipal Waste, maybe Moneen, maybe Weezer.

Dinosaur Jr. in a little over a week, unfortunately I know no one who really cares for them so I'll be going alone.

Dunno how I left it out in my other post, I'm going to see Grady tonight.

I never really mind going to shows by myself, just like going to the movies alone. Usually my friends rely on me to get their tickets so it's actually nice to save a little money and still enjoy the show.
